To guarantee 100% smooth HD video over the web is impossible as it relies on wifi connection, but to guarantee that we are using the latest technology, giving you the best chances, isn't impossible.

Watching a live stream has two sides to the process. First is that we broadcast in HD using the correct equipment and bandwidth. The second is that you are receiving the same coverage in your area, so connection quality plays a part. The HD video will always be available to view, you would need to make sure your device can download/view it in HD. Your device might restrict the HD video to ensure you get a smooth playing feed of the video in real time.

1080p is the number of progressive lines you have running down a HD screen. Older TV's used to use 720p lines, which was considered HD, but this isn’t the case today. When you choose a lower number of lines i.e 720p, 480p, 360p, 240p, or 144p, the pixels across your display are stretched and distorted, giving you a unpleasant image to watch.

We create a personalised landing page for each event, which acts as a central place for your guests to view all the information about your event, and see the available live streams and links if needed. This will be sent to you via email or Whatsapp for you to distribute to your guests. Alternatively, they can come here to this site and follow the live stream of your event on the designated sub page, granted they have the access codes if it’s a private event.

This is dependent on the package you choose. For the larger packages where we pre-mix the video between cameras, and therefore require power from the location, we have a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) built into our desk in case of a power outage.
